2. Operational Terms of Service
The "Inner Circle"
Access to the "Briefing Room" and "Inner Circle" Discord channels is a privilege, not a right. Ownersmeet LLC reserves the right to revoke access to any user who violates our community standards or attempts to solicit other members.
Intellectual Property & Trade Secrets
All proprietary technology, including but not limited to the Potare AI trading engine, the PoC Blockchain architecture, the ISHA240 Protocol, and the underlying "Lower Low" algorithmic logic, are the exclusive Intellectual Property of Ownersmeet LLC.
The ISHA240 Protocol and its associated frameworks are strictly protected in all their expressions, including but not limited to: Mathematical (algorithms, logic sequences, and equations), Symbolic (polymorphic ciphers, visual representation, and translation arrays), and Security (zero-knowledge proofs, cryptographic data compression, and hashing parameters).
While formal patents or trademarks may be pending, not yet filed, or in process, these technologies constitute strict Trade Secrets. You acknowledge that any reverse engineering, unauthorized replication, or "leaking" of the underlying code, symbols, or logic is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
Blueprint Licensing
When you purchase "The Hybrid DAO Architecture" or any "Operator's Blueprint," you are purchasing a license for personal educational use only. You are strictly prohibited from reselling or redistributing these documents.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the "Briefing Room" data to engage in market manipulation or illegal trading activities. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

- Verification: To verify your status as an "Early Investor" or "Operator" in our Discord server.
- Compliance: To maintain records required for our Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) raise.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted infrastructure partners necessary to operate our business: Wefunder (Investment), Stripe (Payments), and Discord (Community).
