Our mission is to democratize sophisticated wealth generation by building the world's first Digital Investment Vehicle Entity (D.I.V.E.). We do not gamble; we calculate. By fusing the speed of blockchain with the legal protection of a regulated LLC, we create a new asset class: Asset-Backed Stability powered by AI-Scaled Alpha.
From Manual to Automated
For the past year, we have been manually running the DIVE Genesis Fund. We started with $16,000 of initial capital and a core thesis: that a hybrid strategy of stable Real-World Assets (RWAs) and high-yield crypto can deliver superior, risk-adjusted returns.
Our monthly notes and performance data verified this thesis. Using our proprietary "Lower Low" and "Accumulation Zone" strategies, we successfully grew the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) despite market volatility.

The operational backbone of Ownersmeet. Damon ensures the D.I.V.E. remains compliant, secure, and aligned with its community while overseeing the daily execution of asset management and legal structuring.
